If the item is not picked up and is shipped back via FedEx or USPS the customer will be refunded minus the shipping fee paid back to the card used.

Claims of failure, missing or damaged product claims:
If used according to the directions, products will be effective in delivering negative nicotine readings on nicotine pre-employment tests. If you test positive for nicotine on a pre-employment nicotine test, we will refund your purchase price, up to the price listed on our website. We do not refund shipping fees. If any product arrives damaged or leaking it must be reported within 72 hours of delivery and the merchandise in question must be returned to us for a replacement to be sent. Photo pictures of the damaged box and bottle are required. If a package is showing as delivered and is missing we must be notified within 72 hours of the delivery date. If the order can not be located, a new order will be reshipped out with a direct signature, refunds will not be given on missing deliveries or carrier delivery errors.
