Damaged or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of packaging and product. If a package is returned due to non-delivery (e.g., not signed for), a refund minus the original shipping cost will be processed once the item is returned.

Damaged Product Policy

To initiate a replacement, please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. These images are required for management review and approval. Once approved, a new unit will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for damaged items. Our policy is to replace the original shipment to ensure you receive your order in proper condition.
